Full rip-away IFAK with a velcro platform, safety strap, and carry handle on top. The WAS Medical tears off your MOLLE grid when you need it loose and seats onto velcro panels inside medical backpacks when you need it stored. At 260g and 15 × 22 × 9 cm, it holds a proper med loadout. Internal elastic organizer keeps everything strapped down and sorted. One deliberate pull frees the whole kit — the safety strap makes sure the word "deliberate" means something.
